Their Manchester office is a key focus for expansion, and they’re now looking for a talented Corporate Associate (2–6 PQE) to join the team during this exciting period of growth.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a mid-level corporate lawyer who thrives on M&A and capital raising work and is looking to join a forward-thinking business where legal meets innovation.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance.
2. Working closely with cross-functional teams including tech, finance, and marketing to deliver commercially minded legal solutions.
3. Playing a key role in shaping the UK arm of a high-performing, international business.
What we’re looking for:
4. A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, with solid exposure to M&A work.
5. Excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills as you’ll be working with smart, passionate colleagues across different teams and jurisdictions.
