Farrow and Ball - Showroom Assistant, St Albans (22.5 hours per week)
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Showroom team in St Albans as a Showroom Assistant. This position is offered on a part-time basis.
Farrow & Ball is a luxury British lifestyle brand renowned for richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using traditional print methods and high-quality ingredients. Established in Dorset in 1946, we now have 60 showrooms worldwide and a global network of stockists.

As a Showroom Assistant, your responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting team targets. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your creativity and contribute to our luxury brand’s growth.
What We Expect From You As a Showroom Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the Farrow & Ball image and ensure the showroom, stockroom, and displays are tidy.
2. Create inspiring customer interactions and build meaningful relationships.
3. Provide high levels of customer service, handle inquiries and complaints effectively, and offer advice on colour and suitability.
4. Manage stock, ensure timely deliveries, and replenish the shop floor.
5. Process transactions accurately and handle refunds.
6. Assist with additional duties during busy periods, sickness, or holidays.
Key Attributes:
1. Exceptional communication skills.
2. Proven sales and customer satisfaction experience.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Multitasking skills.
5. IT literacy.
6. Knowledge of paint and wallpaper is desirable.
This role involves regular lifting of products; training will be provided as needed.
