The branch is operationally sound, systems are embedded, and you’ll inherit a strong care team who simply need clinical and leadership direction not crisis management. Ignis Solutions have been exclusively retained to find a QA-driven Registered Manager who wants to focus on what matters: outcomes, compliance, and staff development, not firefighting. The Role You’ll lead the service with a sharp eye for governance and a calm, structured style.
