About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Showroom Maintenance Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based at our Head Office in Barton-upon-Humber, this role will support the smooth running of maintenance operations across our UK showrooms.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaising with maintenance contractors to plan and schedule work.
* Raising purchase orders and approving invoices.
* Monitoring open maintenance jobs and ensuring timely closure.
* Administering and filing maintenance compliance and inspection reports.
* Communicating with showrooms nationwide to organise planned and reactive maintenance.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment while complying with internal business processes.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
* Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office.
