ODM is a Kent based building services company. We are seeking a detailed Mechanical Estimator to carry out all types of pricing and tender submissions. This role has a great opportunity for the right person to excel within a growing company.
Job responsibilities:
* Analyse Drawings, Specifications and Employer Requirements
* Prepare accurate Take-offs, Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates
* Source, analyse and negotiate supplier and subcontractor prices
* Take ownership and submit all prices/tenders
* Work closely with contract managers and director
* Attend necessary meetings and support negotiations
* Ensure a smooth project handover to operations
