Senior Associate, Real Estate – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 14614)
1. Lead domestic and international real estate transactions for clients in infrastructure, retail, and government.
2. Advise on development, investment, and leasing matters; draft and negotiate key real estate documents.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; strong experience in due diligence and asset/portfolio management required.
Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate – Glasgow (Assignment 17071)
4. Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development for commercial clients including pension scheme providers.
5. Draft and review contracts and titles; mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
6. Requires 6+ years’ PQE with strong communication skills and a client-focused approach; competitive benefits offered.
Real Estate – Edinburgh (Assignment 16873)
7. Advise on hotel, leisure, and city-centre development projects, including Build-to-Rent and luxury hotel deals.
8. Work with funders, owners, and operators on acquisitions, expansions, and management agreements.
9. Collaborate with banking, planning, and construction teams; 6+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate preferred.
Commercial Property/Real Estate – Glasgow (Assignment 16445)
10. Senior-level role leading a national firm’s expanding real estate team; opportunity for career progression.
11. Expertise in development, finance, leasing, and asset management; team leadership expected.
12. Ideal for 6+ years’ PQE lawyers; client following welcome but not required.
Partner level, Commercial Real Estate Lawyer – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 16741)
13. Manage diverse transactions across retail, leisure, healthcare, and investment sectors.
14. Handle acquisitions, leasing, development, portfolio management, and funding work.
15. Suitable for 5+ years’ PQE up to Partner level; offers direct client engagement and business development opportunities.
Real Estate Energy Associate – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 17134)
16. Advise on large-scale energy infrastructure projects (solar, wind, battery, hydrogen) for high-profile clients.
