Senior Sales Consultant/Manager
£30,000 - £35,000 p.a. plus commission (OTE £40,000 – £45,000)
Blüthner Pianos are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Sales Consultant/Manager to join the team at our Central London showroom. In addition to retail and trade sales the focus will be on expanding various aspects of the business such as building relationships with private members clubs, piano competitions and festivals, business partners and educational establishments.
In return we are offering a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 p.a. (DOE) plus commission (OTE £40,000 - £45,000) as well as the opportunity to grow and progress within our company.
Key responsibilities the role will entail:
* Presenting new and pre-owned pianos to prospective clients in our showroom
* Meeting retail and trade sales targets and actively promoting our services
* Monitoring UK market to develop sales strategies
* Identifying and pursuing opportunities for sales growth
* Assisting in the expansion of the business including partnerships with universities, private schools and colleges.
* Helping to establish, grow, and maintain strong relationships with private members clubs, business partners and concert organizers to foster brand presence and collaboration.
* Representing our brand at relevant events and conferences to promote business expansion.
You will have:
* Ability to proactively sell in a premium retail environment
* Strong business acumen with an interest in business development and growth strategies
* Excellent computer literacy and numerical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* A passion for music, education and business development
* Basic piano playing skills
