Interim Finance Director – Exciting Hospitality Opportunity
1. Salary: £100k - £120k + bonus up to 30%

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Group’s finance function, guiding strategic decision-making, managing lender relationships, and strengthening the finance team. Key responsibilities include:
8. Full P&L, cashflow, and covenant management
9. Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and capex governance
10. Leading statutory accounts, audits, and compliance
11. Providing commercial insight to support operational and strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate
12. Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with FD or Head of Finance experience in multi-site retail/hospitality
13. Expertise in cashflow management, lender negotiations, and covenant compliance
14. Hands-on, commercially minded, analytical, and skilled in team leadership
15. Confident communicator with Board-level influence
