What We re Looking For:
* Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
* A calm, caring, and consistent approach to supporting early learners
* Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with staff, pupils, and families
* Patience, positivity, and resilience in the classroom
* Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
