We are looking for someone experienced in management, coordination that wants to take the next step in their career.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for a Care Branch Manager with the view of stepping up to be the CQC Registered Care Manager. You undertake the management, recruit an inhouse team and set up a BRAND NEW branch in the Crawley area.
This is a franchise Homecare and Domiciliary Care business with a number of successful branches across the UK, therefore you will receive a large amount of operational and national support.
It is about a culture fit, this franchised business are very health and wellbeing, and staff wellbeing focused, offering private medical insurance, a generous bonus scheme, vouchers to spend on local high streets- and some of these bonuses are available to carers too.
Due to this being an established company, there are already contacts with local council, contracts etc, so although you will play a key part in helping the business grow hours wise, you are at an advantage here.
This is a Monday to Friday opportunity role, and once in post you will register with CQC, before recruiting an in house team consisting of Coordinators, Supervisors and Carers.
We would consider a Senior Care Coordinator/Care Manager looking or Deputy Manager ready to take that next step to becoming a Registered Manager.
Most importantly, this has to be a good person fit, so we are ultimately looking for someone hungry to grow both the branch and their own personal portfolio.
