Job Summary:
Ensures exceptional satisfaction, service excellence, and timely engagement of physician, advanced practice provider, and executive candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Provides concierge services to hiring leaders and candidates.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Interfaces with industry partners to ensure service excellence for all on-site candidate interviews and visits. Communicates with recruitment team to apprise of any timely/last-minute changes in itinerary schedules.
* Develops custom candidate experience approach for interviewed candidates. Provides provider recruitment requisition creation interface in Workday.
* Assists in coordinating recruitment logistics and registrations for a variety of career fairs. Provides administrative support for provider and executive recruitment team. Provides assistance and serves as a resource for other team members.
* Coordinates on-site recruitment itineraries, welcome packets/baskets, meetings, community tours meal reservations, hotel and travel accommodations, and other logistics for candidate interview.
* Supports process improvement initiatives, work flow enhancements, and other projects or assignments of a confidential nature.
* Assists in invoice coding and processing for recruitment expenses. Edits and proofreads documents.
* Assists with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events. May receive and screen visitors and handles general inquiries.
* Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies as needed. May enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s) and verify data entered into computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
* High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
EXPERIENCE
* Two years' related experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
* Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
* Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
* Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
* Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
* Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
* Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
* Rare climbing.
