Head of Sales – Health & Wellness brand.Ready to lead the commercial agenda for a fast-growing B Corp on a mission to change the way people think about health? This is a Head of Sales opportunity with real purpose, ownership and impact.The roleTitle: Head of SalesLocation: Hybrid, Sussex (Minimum 2 days per week)Team: Lead and develop a team of 4 commercial reportsYou’ll set and deliver the UK sales strategy across retail and ecommerce, deepen relationships with key partners (think leading grocers, premium retail and online), and own the commercial plan for the next phase of double-digit growth.About the brandThis is a mission-led, product-first business focused on health, building its reputation through high quality formulations and strong consumer advocacy. The brand is values-driven, sustainability-minded and proudly B Corp – balancing people, planet and profit while scaling fast.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, P&L and commercial delivery for key retailers, e-commerce and EU Distributor markets.Lead and develop a team of four across Retail and Amazon.Oversee al JBP conversations, retailer relationships and in-store execution.Partner with Brand, Insights, Ops, Creative and DTC to drive aligned growth.Drive rate of sale improvements through insight, smart investment and execution.Ensure best-in-class brand presence across national retail.What you’ll bringStrong track record in UK retail and/or ecommerce within consumer goods, ideally health, wellness, or beauty.Experience managing major retail customers like Boots, or Holland & Barrett and a track record of delivering commercial growth.Comfortable leading and coaching a team while staying hands-on with key customersA strategic, collaborative approach – equally happy in the boardroom and with buyersWhy it’s worth a conversationYou’ll be joining at a genuinely exciting stage: established brand, serious growth plans, and the autonomy to shape both team and strategy.
