Join an established and expanding multifaceted building services consultancy that specializes in the built environment. Recognized for its innovative design solutions, they are looking for an experienced Associate (Or Senior who wants to step up) to join their commercial projects team in London. This role will be pivotal in driving major projects forward.
Role Snapshot:
* Lead major projects, overseeing the development, design, and coordination of mechanical or electrical installations across various building types.
* Conduct cost and profit analyses, including feasibility studies and fee bids.
* Liaise with clients, project stakeholders, and external parties to ensure project success.
* Champion the application of engineering concepts and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Support project delivery through effective project management, financial oversight, and technical review.
* Control your diary. This is a fully hybrid role that will enable you to prioritise clients and create a working model that suits your requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
* Chartered Engineer status.
* Extensive experience in specification design for diverse building types.
* Proficient in MS Office applications and engineering software.
* Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
* Background in consulting or construction preferred.
