Job Title: Payroll Administrator Location: Devon Working Pattern: Office-based Initially - 1 day from home thereafter Contract: Permanent & Full-Time Salary: £27,000 The Role You will take responsibility for managing end-to-end payroll processes across a varied client portfolio. This includes handling different payroll frequencies and complexities, ensuring compliance with current legislation, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Processing payrolls from start to finish across a range of clients. Managing RTI submissions and year-end processes. Administering starters, leavers, and payroll changes. Supporting pension processing and auto-enrolment duties. Handling BACS payments. Liaising with clients, HMRC, and pension providers. Responding to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation. Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience. Strong working knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes. Experience managing multiple payrolls with varying pay frequencies (e.g. weekly, monthly, bonuses, commissions).
