About the Role:
As Head of Art, you will lead a committed team in delivering a high-quality, inclusive, and imaginative curriculum that engages and challenges students across Key Stages 3–4. You will be responsible for:

Leading curriculum development and innovation in Art & Design.

Supporting and mentoring staff within the department.
*
Ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, assessment, and student outcomes.
*
Promoting creativity and a love for the arts throughout the school community.
*
Managing resources and contributing to whole-school priorities and events.
About You:

Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a track record of securing strong outcomes.

Has experience teaching Art at Key Stages 3–4.
