Role Description
We are looking for a Part Time or Full Time Healthcare Technician(s) based on-site at the ROC Clinic in Westhill.
The role involves phlebotomy, chaperoning, assisting in medical procedures, and supporting the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Day-to-day duties include interacting with patients, maintaining clinical documentation, preparing exam rooms, managing medical supplies, undertaking phlebotomy, carrying out a range of investigations (ECGs, Spirometry etc) or supporting specialist clinics and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with team members.
* Comprehensive Patient Care competencies, including compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient needs efficiently.
* Demonstrated skills in phlebotomy are a must
* Ability to work effectively within an on-site healthcare team.
* Formal healthcare training or a recognised certification is preferred.
* Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is considered an advantage.
