As a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This is a leadership role where you will inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
* Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
* Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high‑performing team.
* Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
* Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
