This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and collaborative team supporting a specialist service area within the legal and investigations sector.The RoleThis is a key position in a fast-paced team delivering a time-sensitive legal service. The role combines elements of logistics coordination, client liaison, document preparation, and report writing.What You'll Be Doing• Booking new jobs using an internal case management system• Communicating with clients to take instructions and provide updates• Coordinating with field agents to ensure deadlines and compliance are met• Maintaining accurate case records and files• Preparing reports, statements, and formal documentation• Producing and checking invoices• Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email• Supporting wider administrative tasks as neededAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:• Highly organised and detail-oriented• A confident communicator, both written and verbal• Able to manage a high volume of varied tasks under pressure• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel• Comfortable learning new systems and software quickly• A strong and accurate typist 60 words per minute preferred• Flexible and adaptable, with a professional, proactive attitudeWhat You’ll Need• Previous experience in an administrative role• A willingness to learn and work as part of a responsive, client-driven teamFull training on internal systems and processes will be provided.If you’re a capable administrator looking for a varied and fast-moving role, we’d love to hear from you.
