Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of production operatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
* Manage daily production schedules and processes to meet customer demand while ensuring product quality.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Actively participate in training and development initiatives to upskill your team and enhance productivity.
* Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices for efficiency.
* Serve as a key communicator between management and the production team, ensuring open lines of feedback and collaboration.
We have Team Leader roles working the following shifts:
Backshift- Monday-Friday 15.45-00.30
4 day week
Friday 05.30 OR 06.30-14.00 OR 15.00
Saturday 05.30 OR 06.30-17.30 OR 18.30
Sunday 05.30 OR 06.30-17.30 OR 18.30
Monday 05.30 OR 06.30-14.00 OR 15.00
Nightshift- Monday-Thursday 22.00 OR 23.00-0600 OR 0700
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
* Effective communication skills, ensuring clarity and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and work schedules, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
