Cleaner – Schools & Healthcare (DBS Required)

Key Responsibilities
1. General cleaning of classrooms, wards, offices, and communal areas
2. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
3. Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms
4. Emptying bins and restocking cleaning supplies
5. Following cleaning schedules and site-specific procedures
6. Adhering to health & safety and infection control guidelines at all times
Requirements
7. Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce) – essential
8. Right to work in the UK
9. Minimum 6 months’ cleaning experience (schools, healthcare, or commercial preferred)
10. Knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning chemicals
11. Two employment references
12. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
