What you will do Lead and support the sushi kiosk team
Prepare fresh sushi and hot food to company standards
Manage food safety, hygiene, ordering, and stock control
Deliver excellent customer service
Drive sales, quality, and team performance
Develop leadership and business management skills
What we are looking for Experience in hospitality, retail, kitchen, or sushi operations
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good organisation and communication skills
Passion for food and customer service
