The role |
As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.
Ideal candidates will:
* Support your team through training and development, maintaining high standards
* Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
* Ensure food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Celebrate successes and recognize individual needs within your team
