As a {Role Title} you will:
* Take a lead on or manage the full audit lifecycle, from initial planning through to completion and final review.
* Review the work of junior colleagues and trainees, providing thoughtful feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
* Manage and prepare audit jobs to meet meaningful and realistic budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery for a varied portfolio in the SME sector.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering bespoke advice and support to help them make courageous business decisions.
As the successful candidate you will:
* Be ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience within an external audit environment in public practice.
* Demonstrate the ability to lead audit engagements and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
* Possess strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
* Have experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff, with the ability to foster a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Receive
* Salary of £45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
* 22 or 25 days annual leave plus a birthday day off
