What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support the day-to-day care and learning of children aged 2-5 years
* Encourage children’s curiosity, creativity, and exploration through a range of engaging activities
* Help with personal care routines and promote good hygiene practices
* Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children feel happy and valued
* Work alongside other staff to plan and deliver fun, educational activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Build positive relationships with children and parents, ensuring open communication and a strong partnership
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
* Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but not essential
* A friendly, patient, and positive attitude, with the ability to engage children in learning activities
* A team player with strong communication skills
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
* Enhanced DBS check required
