Label Partnerships Associate – Global Music Industry Operations
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Label Partnerships Associate to support the operational backbone of our Music Label Partnerships team—focusing on responsive and partner-facing support for independent music labels. The Offer:
* Competitive salary of £63,000 pa
* Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at state-of-the-art offices in Central London
* Role will run on a contract until the end of December which will be extended

What You’ll Do
* Serve as the first line of partner support for indie labels, handling day-to-day requests across rights management, account access, allowlisting, and verification.
* Work cross-functionally with internal ops, integrity, and concierge teams to ensure quick resolution of technical, user, and data-related issues.
* Maintain and manage databases across verification, payments, CRM systems, and ad coupon distribution.
* Support the creation of partner-facing educational resources including product one-sheets, best practices, and onboarding guides.
* Track and report on artist and campaign engagement across social platforms, with additional support for priority stunts and activations.
* Assist in processing invoices and payment tracking, ensuring timely execution and troubleshooting of financial requests.
* Join key planning meetings and support the Label Relations team in delivering scaled, repeatable solutions for indie partners.
* Provide exceptional external partner communication to resolve support issues and grow trust with the indie label ecosystem.
What You Bring
* 2+ years of digital music or partner support experience; interaction with record labels or artist teams strongly preferred
* Familiarity with social platforms (especially FB/IG) and how artists, teams, and labels use them
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Clear communicator who’s confident with operational systems, data hygiene, and cross-functional follow-through
* Passion for the independent music space and a desire to empower partners with tools and guidance
* Second language is a bonus
