M&E Project Manager Opportunity - Leading M&E Contractor - Flagship Logistics Hub Project - 8-12 Week Contract
MK Search are working with a well established M&E contractor with a big presence in the commercial, life sciences, data centre and industrial sectors who are currently delivering a £4m logistics hub in Newport, Wales.
The company in question are looking to engage with an experienced M&E Project Manager for a short term contract to assist with the delivery of the exciting project, you will be overseeing the full M&E Delivery while reporting directly into the project lead and operations manager.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the full MEP for the project.
* Develop detailed project schedules and manage resource allocation.
* Ensure all project goals and milestones are met on time and within budget.
* Supervise and direct the MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Provide guidance and technical support to direct reports and other team members.
* Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide project updates.
* Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control throughout the lifecycle.
* Oversee procurement processes for MEP materials and equipment.
* Monitor and approve invoicing, payment schedules, and change orders.
