Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee a large-scale office relocation project within London. The role involves working within the Operation Readiness team, coordinating with IT, Facilities, and Business Change teams to ensure successful mobilization of the new HQ building.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office moves or relocation programs, capable of developing detailed plans, managing risks, activity logs, and budgets, and supporting all aspects of project mobilization, including move planning, installation of FF&E, snagging, and transition processes.
Requirements:
* Experience in large-scale office move or relocation projects
* Ability to develop and support detailed project plans
* Knowledge of risk management, finance, and activity tracking
* Understanding of move and migration planning, facilities mobilization, and business continuity
