Audit Assistant Manager / Manager A growing Birmingham-based accountancy firm is seeking an ambitious and driven senior auditor or audit manager to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to help bring the current audit function in-house and further develop the firm’s service offering. You will manage, or assist in managing, a diverse portfolio of audits across OMB, SME, and corporate clients. Candidates should have at least four years’ experience in audit, accounts preparation, and basic tax compliance within small, medium, or large firms. Senior candidates will need strong commercial acumen to advise clients strategically, identify risks, and spot opportunities for additional services. Over time, you will help build and lead a growing team alongside the Directors. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with strong managerial potential, excellent client relationship skills, and ideally ACA or ACCA qualified.
