Child and Adolescent Therapist - Washington

As a Child & Adolescent Therapist, you will work in a collaborative setting that supports professional growth, licensure progress, and community impact. Our clinics offer a space to practice therapeutic interventions and develop skills that serve our diverse local community. Both licensed and early-career therapists will find opportunities for supervision, leadership, and career development.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
* Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs.
* Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability and recovery.
* Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
* Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
* Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other team members to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
* Experience working with children and families.
* Provisional license per state regulation if required.
* Passion for mental health and high-quality care.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
* Effective time management and administrative skills.
