Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator required by industry leading engineering company, based in Gloucester.
The successful Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective planning, supplier coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation and purchasing processes.
Main Duties Project Coordinator
* Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project requirements
* Support planning and coordination across multiple ongoing projects
* Liaise with third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
* Act as the point of contact for queries relating to documentation and paperwork
* Work closely with project leads to ensure smooth execution of project activities
* Analyse project and purchasing data using Excel (including pivot tables)
* Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project‑related purchasing activities
Qualifications
* Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
* Strong understanding of the complexities involved in project‑based environments
* Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and data analysis
* Experience raising and managing purchase orders
* Proven ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders
* The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
