A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team.
The Role
You will manage a varied employment caseload, advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters including contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance issues, TUPE, redundancies, and employment tribunal claims. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in employment law
Strong experience across advisory and contentious employment matters
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Able to manage matters independently
Confident, client-focused approach
