A respected and growing Wealth Management firm is seeking an IFA Administrator to support two Directors and their High‑Net‑Worth client portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑known regional business with a focus on developing talent internally.
Working as part of the adviser support team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing client communication and ongoing contact
2. Liaising with product providers
3. Submitting and tracking new business
4. Completing platform work
5. Preparing valuations and documentation for client meetings
This position offers a clear progression route. The firm has a proven track record of developing Administrators into Trainee Financial Planners within 12–24 months, with full support toward industry exams and structured career development.
