ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

£55,000 to £65,000 BASIC

£120,000 OTE WITH UNCAPPED BONUS


Exeros is leading the evolution and integration of AI assisted in-vehicle safety technology into commercial vehicles. Our co-pilot edge AI systems integrate seamlessly to vehicles and proactively warn fleet drivers of road and driving risks. With a dedicated software platform, developed 100% inhouse, we empower fleet managers with real-time data insights and fleet intelligence to gain greater control over their vehicles. To date, Exeros has already helped more than 250 fleet customers reduce fleet accidents and costs by up to 80%. We are the chosen technology partner for the RAC, Whistl, National Highways, the AA and many more national and enterprise level fleets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO


Be a driven Account Executive who targets and onboards new clients/partners. With national scope, there is a significant opportunity to land huge deals. Sales Process - Prospecting & Pipeline Management


* Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
* Contacting potential clients/partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
* Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
* Building a sales pipeline to meet targets for large enterprise fleets and new channel business accounts.


Sales Process - Meetings, Commercial Proposals & Negotiations


* Assessing, consulting and validating client/partner needs.
* Demonstrating astute commercial awareness and communication skills in managing deals and clients.
* Attending meetings, conferences, meetings and industry events.
* Completing quotes and commercial proposals for clients.
* Responding to RFP's, tenders and developing sales in new sales territories.
* Completing client/partner agreement sign offs and ensuring compliance.
* Maintaining a high-level of client/partner satisfaction in line with company standards.
* Ensuring that client/partner opportunities are kept up to date in our CRM.
* Working with the marketing team to ensure the success of new channel and fleet end user marketing initiatives.
* Generating sales and demonstrating excellent closing ability.


WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU


* If you know the commercial vehicle supply chain, that’s a huge advantage but we are just as excited to hear from driven salespeople who can demonstrate success selling SaaS solutions in any industry, with the personality and hunger to win new business from both cold and warm leads.
* You will have 5+ years’ experience in a B2B sales environment.
* Proven track-record of meeting target and generating sales with exceptional closing ability.
* Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, PaaS and HaaS technology and the business landscape.
* You have a bachelor’s degree or significant business experience.
* Ideally based south of Leeds for ease of access to client sites and our London HQ.
* Must have a full driving UK licence (clean preferred) and happy to go through a criminal background check.

* Researching, learning and adapting quickly to understand new technologies and the features and benefits of our solutions.
* Communication and people skills, with an excellent sales process and closing technique.
* Flourishing with minimal guidance, being proactive and handling uncertainty.
* Being self-confident, energetic, enthusiastic with strong drive and determination.
* Being a team-player and having a logical approach.
* IT proficient and comfortable using a computer for various tasks (proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
