This role suit someone that has proven experience in warranty management, and aftersales, with a strong mechanical and electrical understanding.
Duties Will Include:
Oversee all aspects of service and warranty management
Manage aftersales programs and processes
Act as the main liaison for customer service and warranty inquiries worldwide
Implement continuous improvement strategies for service efficiency and quality
Collaborate with quality department to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience needed:
Experience within the manufacturing or engineering sector is essential
