You will be joining a growing team with strong experience, high standards, and a clear direction.
Spencer Varndell brings over 10 years’ industry experience, has worked in one of London’s top barbershops, and trained under one of the UK’s best barbers.
Louis O’Farrell brings 6 years’ experience, trained at one of the UK’s best barber schools, and has worked with influencers and model agencies.
Joey Power brings over 12 years’ experience in men’s styling and grooming. Trained at the London School of Barbering, he has worked in the City, ran his own shop for seven years, and brings a strong background in creative longer cuts, tapers, and fades. His experience, artistry, and precision reflect the level of service Varndells is known for.
This is a shop where talent matters, but attitude matters just as much. We want someone who is already good, and still hungry to get better.
*What We’re Looking For*
We are looking for someone who can bring skill, consistency, and pride to every appointment.
You should have:
* At least 2 years’ barbering experience, ideally in a premium or quality-led environment
* A strong eye for detail and finish
* Confidence working with professional clients who expect a higher level of service
* A calm, polished, and personable manner
* The ability to build long-term client relationships
* Pride in presentation, cleanliness, and the full client experience
* A willingness to keep learning, improving, and contributing to the team
* Comfortable creating social media content, client transformations, and brand-building activity
*What You’ll Be Doing*
Your role will include:
* Delivering high-quality men’s haircuts, beard trims, restyles, and grooming services
* Creating a premium experience from consultation to finish
* Building and retaining your own client base within the Varndells brand
* Working closely with the team to maintain high shop standards
* Taking part in social media content where suitable
* Supporting the continued growth of one of the UK’s top-ranked barbershops
