The Job Role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with our valued customers. Acting as a key support to our External Business Development Managers, you will liaise closely with the Order Processing Team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your focus will be on delivering best-in-class service, supporting sales growth, and strengthening customer loyalty.
1. Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
2. Act as the primary internal point of contact for customer queries, updates, and issue resolution.
3. Collaborate closely with the External Business Development Manager to identify and maximise growth opportunities.
