We are seeking a Domestic Assistant to join a nursing home in the Coleraine area. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Hours of work are 08:0016:00, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts. We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.50 per hour Monday to Friday, £13.50 per hour on Saturdays, and £14.50 per hour on Sundays. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors, with key responsibilities including: Brushing, mopping, and vacuuming floors Wiping down and disinfecting surfaces Cleaning bathrooms and communal areas Disposing of clinical and domestic waste appropriately Preparing patient rooms to required standards Following strict hygiene and infection control protocols.
