About the role
We seek a Workflow Information Analyst responsible for managing the flow of work to forward picking locations from high bay stock. The role involves daily planning and forecasting of volumes, aligning resources, and accurately releasing work according to daily plans. You will complete operational planners, monitor daily activities, and ensure timely stock releases and movements. Reporting to a Workflow Assistant Site Manager, you will communicate analysis and evaluations to support operational decision-making. Using Web and Mainframe screens, you will prepare reports, analyze data, and identify trends. You will support senior management in meeting service levels and driving efficiencies.
Key qualities include being a team player with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and the ability to prioritize in dynamic, pressured situations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets (including IFs and Vlookups), Google Docs, and Microsoft Word is required. Experience with Mainframe or SCADA systems is advantageous.
