Base pay range
Major Players are partnering with a reputable global B2B marketing agency to recruit for an Event Manager/Producer. You will be the driving force behind the planning and execution of key client events globally, working predominantly across UK, Europe and USA.
Responsibilities:
* Take a lead in the planning, coordination and execution of a wide range of B2B events for high profile tech clients, including C-Suite roundtables, symposiums, dinners, events with 100-300 attendees, tradeshows and exhibitions.
* Oversee all logistics and timelines of the events to ensure they run smoothly, on-time and within budget.
* Develop creative and experiential event concepts tailored to client goals.
* Source and manage venues, AV and suppliers across multiple geographies.
* Liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery.
* Communicate creative and practical ideas to elevate attendee experience.
* Deliver on both in-person and virtual event formats.
Experience required:
* Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) working in B2B agency in an event manager role - experience working on tech clients would be highly advantageous and desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills (both written and verbal) with meticulous attention to detail.
* Budget and production management experience, including supplier negotiation and reconciliation.
* Previous experience planning and managing events including C-suite roundtables, symposiums, 100-300 person events, tradeshows and exhibitions.
* Ability and willingness to travel - this is a global role, requiring regular travel across Europe and the US.
Hours: Full time
Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience
Office Location: East Central London
Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office
