We're looking for motivated, creative, and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team. You'll focus on qualifying and nurturing inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other demand-generation activities. We've already grown to over 1000 clients from warm leads and with your support will be able to help more businesses seeking ways to adopt green initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from multiple channels (website forms, phone calls, events, webinars, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
* Identify and qualify leads by understanding their budget, decision making power, specific needs, and timeline for making a purchase.
* Deliver qualified meetings to the BDM team with precision including accurate CRM records, detailed notes, and all administrative tasks up to date.
* Work closely with leadership, marketing, and the wider team to refine our inbound strategy and drive overall success.
* Share recurring customer questions, objections, or concerns to help improve sales enablement materials and marketing campaigns.
* Have an understanding of the typical frameworks used in the sales qualification process
About you:
* At least 12 months professional sales experience
* Proven success in handling inbound leads and the skills required to convert into a meeting.
* A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* A can-do attitude, ready to help build a brand-new function and take advantage of all the growth opportunities it brings.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you're the kind of person who can represent the company and make a great first impression.
* Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and lead generation/enrichment tools.
