That's why we've developed a sustainable rota pattern designed to balance a rewarding ECC caseload with time to rest and recharge. Our full time role typically averages 40 hours per week across weekday nights and a mix of weekend days and nights on a fair rotation, with a share of bank holidays and never working more than three nights in a row. As this is a fixed-term role to cover maternity leave for 12 months, it's an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a secure, time defined position with strong clinical exposure in a supportive ECC environment.
