Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: Full Time Permanent & requires working alternate weekends

Shifts: 7am to 2pm & 2pm to 9pm

Do you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or in residential homes? Then this would be ideal for you. About the service
This residential service supports eight adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, encouraging independent living and quality of life, with spaces designed to meet individual needs.
Support Worker Duties
* Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
* Assisting with daily goals & activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
* Developing person-centered plans, including employment, education, and other opportunities
* Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
* Providing personal care, working towards more independence
* Supporting daily activities or development
