Electrical Maintenance Technician
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights - 12 hour shift patterns (6am - 6pm)

Role Overview:
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the Engineering Team within the Meal Solutions Cavaghan & Grey division, carrying out daily electrical maintenance activities in line with Health & Safety instructions and site policies. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Carrying out daily electrical maintenance on machinery and production equipment
* Ensuring work complies with Health and Safety Regulations using Safe Systems of Work
* Maintaining electrical engineering activities within a fast-paced environment
About You:
You should have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 qualification, with a preference for those who have recently completed apprenticeships and are eager to advance their careers. We welcome applications from:
* Apprentice-trained Electrical Technicians, ideally with Food or FMCG manufacturing experience, but open to engineers from all industries seeking a new challenge
* Individuals with experience in planned/reactive maintenance roles
* Proactive engineers with root cause analysis skills to resolve recurring problems
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the business
* Team players willing to learn, share knowledge, and support their colleagues
