Hello, we’re Severn Trent Services, a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We monitor and look after our legionella control and water treatment services and are now recruiting for a Water Hygiene Operative to join the team, supporting the Barnsley area.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a Water Hygiene Operative, you will deliver a high level of customer service whilst meeting health & safety compliance.
Some of the other key responsibilities are:
* Overseeing multi-site visits across diverse geographic locations.
* Carrying out monitoring and associated tasks in line with ACoP L8 when required.
* Providing support to both customers and colleagues with technical input where required.
* Carrying out Hazard/Risk assessments on each individual site.
* Maintaining safety standards in the field.
This is a part-time role, working around 20 hours a week, starting from home, with travel across your allocated region as required in one of our company vans. Therefore, you will need a Full UK driving license.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Our ideal Water Hygiene Operative would have:
* Experience of TMV servicing.
* Knowledge of both Domestic and Industrial water systems.
* Computer & smartphone literacy.
