We are looking to appoint a cheerful and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills to cover the maternity leave of our current Rota Co-ordinator/Admin Support. The role involves developing, maintaining, and administering systems for managing specific rotas, ensuring they are published and distributed promptly.
This support includes assisting with the development, maintenance, and administration of systems for rota management and ensuring timely publication and distribution. You will also support the Senior Management Team. Key tasks include:
1. Ensuring rotas are published and distributed on time, and communicating any changes.
2. Assisting Pharmacy Team Leaders/Senior Technicians with maintaining master rotas and coordinating changes.
3. Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team and the Pharmacy Directorate.
The ideal candidate must be highly flexible and able to work as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines within the department.
