What Your Days Will Look Like
You will join our team of experts supporting clients with their Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations. Our clients range from multinationals to smaller mid-tier companies across various sectors, providing opportunities to broaden your technical knowledge.
You will manage activities for your client portfolio, including:
1. Up-front scoping and engagement planning with clients
2. Liaising with the Data Management team on data collection approaches
3. Managing a portfolio of clients as the primary contact for corporate tax compliance matters
4. Reviewing and submitting tax accounting schedules and corporation tax returns
5. Working across diverse clients and technical areas, with opportunities to specialise
6. Applying a growth mindset and shaping future compliance practices and technology
7. Developing professional and digital skills, including leadership, coaching, and communication
This Role Is For You If
You possess:
* Strong UK corporate tax skills
* Sound accounting knowledge and ability to interpret statutory accounts
* A tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA) or equivalent experience
* A developed client service ethos and agility in meeting client needs
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
* Effective delegation and coaching abilities for junior staff
