You'll play a key role in keeping production moving smoothly by resolving technical issues, supporting shop-floor teams, and contributing to operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll provide vital lineside support to ensure aircraft production runs efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
Daily Shop-Floor & Lineside Support
1. Providing hands-on technical support to resolve issues such as missing parts, non-conformities, concessions, outstanding work and tooling matters.
2. Supporting work-order management, including out-of-cycle tasks and identifying blocked work orders.
