Summary
We are seeking an All Rounder to join our dynamic team at The Buttermere Court Hotel in Buttermere. This role is essential in delivering outstanding guest experiences and supporting various operations within our hotel and restaurant. If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a vibrant team, we want to hear from you This role comes with a great deal of flexibility in the way of working patterns and hours. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional service to guests in both hotel and restaurant settings.
* Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
* Support catering operations during events and busy service periods.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel and restaurant.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
* Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel amenities.
* Assist with check-in/check-out processes for hotel guests.
* Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in hospitality or related fields is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to assist in various roles as needed within the hotel and restaurant.
* Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus.
* Basic culinary skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
* Due to our location, candidates must drive and have access to their own transport.
