As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting. Your role will involve working closely with teachers to help create a positive learning environment and ensure that students with SEN are able to fully participate in educational activities. Job Duties: Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Help students with SEN to develop their social and communication skills Support the teacher in managing classroom behaviour Monitor and record student progress Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Enhanced DBS Certificate Passion for education and supporting students with diverse learning needs Knowledge and Skills: Proactive and adaptable approach Effective communication and time management skills Patience and empathy Strong behavioural management skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning Training in specific SEN interventions Working Conditions: The role of SEN Teaching Assistant in Windsor involves working full-time hours in a classroom environment.
