A fantastic new opportunity for an experieced Ops / Resource Manager to join an award winning creative agency as they continue to grow. In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Operations to keep everything running smoothly - from planning and resourcing to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role will be preodiminantly office based in central London and needs previous expeirence of working in a similar role within a creative agency. What You'll Do * Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation* Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication* Support Graphics & Finishing teams with resourcing and prioritisation* Enforce operational processes, workflows, and security policies* Manage project database, HR systems, and holiday calendars* Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes* Support infrastructure, IT, and HR initiatives* Manage desk space, remote work policies, and general office upkeep* Liaise with suppliers and contractors* Help manage diaries, meeting rooms, and cross-timezone scheduling* Work closely with company leadership to prioritise meetings and share updates What You'll Bring * 5 years in a creative agency or production environment* Strong resource planning and process management experience* Calm under pressure with excellent organisation and communication skills* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and tools like Monday.com* Bonus: Familiarity with Avid and After Effects* Passion for team culture and creative workflows Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
